These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ZAIROS website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. ABOUT ZAIROS

ZAIROS is an independent South African online e-commerce brand offering Bible sleeves, Bible covers and related products.

Our products are designed specifically for ZAIROS and may be produced through a combination of in-house coordination and independent third-party tailors, designers and other production partners.

ZAIROS purchases and coordinates the materials, packaging and production required for its products.

ZAIROS operates as an online-based business in South Africa and does not operate a physical customer-facing retail location.

2. PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements and other information displayed on our Website are accurate.

Due to differences in lighting, photography, screens, materials and individual production, minor variations in colour, texture, stitching or finish may occur. Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Customers are responsible for checking the sizing information provided on the Website before placing an order.

3. ORDERS

When you place an order through our Website, you are submitting an order to purchase the selected product or products.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation.

An order will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

ZAIROS reserves the right to contact a customer where additional information is reasonably required to process an order.

If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will notify the customer and provide the appropriate remedy, including a refund where applicable.

4. PRICING

All prices displayed on the Website are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

The applicable product price is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

ZAIROS reserves the right to correct obvious pricing or information errors.

If an order has been placed at an obviously incorrect price, we may contact the customer before processing the order.

5. PAYMENT

Payment must be successfully completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including PayFast.

ZAIROS does not ordinarily store complete payment card details on its own systems.

An order will only be considered paid once payment confirmation has been received.

6. PRODUCTION & ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally prepared and processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and South African public holidays.

Once an order has been prepared and dispatched, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.

Processing times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. DELIVERY

Delivery times vary depending on the customer's location and the shipping service used.

Most orders are expected to arrive within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

8. ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact ZAIROS as soon as possible after placing your order.

Where an order has not yet been dispatched, we will consider the cancellation request subject to the applicable circumstances and South African law.

Where a statutory cancellation right applies, ZAIROS will honour that right.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes any cancellation rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS

ZAIROS primarily offers size exchanges for customers who require a different size, subject to availability and the conditions contained in our Exchange & Returns Policy.

ZAIROS does not offer monetary refunds for ordinary change-of-mind purchases, subject to applicable statutory consumer rights.

If a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise gives rise to a statutory remedy, ZAIROS will provide the appropriate remedy required by applicable law.

10. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Customers should contact ZAIROS if they receive a product that:

Is defective;
Has been damaged;
Is materially different from the product ordered; or
Is the incorrect product or size.

We may request photographs or other information to assess the issue.

Where applicable, ZAIROS will provide a repair, replacement, refund or other appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any statutory consumer protections applicable to the customer under South African law.

11. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate contact and delivery information;
Selecting the correct product and size;
Reviewing their order before payment;
Ensuring the selected Bible sleeve or cover is suitable for their Bible;
Providing any information reasonably required to fulfil an order; and
Taking reasonable care of products after delivery.

You agree not to use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.

You may not attempt to:

Gain unauthorised access to the Website;
Interfere with its operation;
Submit fraudulent orders;
Use another person's payment information without authorisation;

ZAIROS reserves the right to cancel transactions reasonably suspected of fraud or unlawful activity.

ZAIROS will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including:

Natural disasters;
Courier disruptions;
Strikes;
Power or telecommunications failures;
Government restrictions;
Civil unrest;
Supplier or production disruptions; or
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where reasonably possible, we will communicate material delays to affected customers.
